Community Wildfire Protection Plans (CWPP), Local Hazard Mitigation Plans (LHMP), wildfire mitigation assessments, and independent QAQC consulting for utilities, insurers, communities, and HOAs — built on real fireline experience.
We assess. We plan. We verify. From individual homes to entire utility corridors — Apex delivers the evidence-based guidance that protects what matters most.
Every property faces unique wildfire risk. Our field-verified assessments deliver clear, actionable mitigation guidance tailored to your specific exposure, structure type, and regulatory environment.
Comprehensive on-site evaluations of residential properties for wildfire exposure, defensible space compliance, and home hardening opportunities.
Neighborhood-scale risk assessments that identify shared vulnerabilities, fuel corridors, and community-wide mitigation priorities for HOAs, municipalities, and fire agencies.
Field-verified wildfire risk assessments for commercial properties, portfolios, and high-value assets — built to meet insurer, MGA, and reinsurer documentation standards.
Our work is built on honesty, accountability, and evidence — because every decision we make must protect life, property, and truth. We do not soften findings or adjust language to create artificial progress.
Years on incidents, hotshot operations, and utility wildfire audits. We understand what succeeds and fails in real conditions.
Reports and plan reviews that meet the expectations of regulatory agencies, utility boards, and senior risk leadership.
Every assessment aligns with NFPA, NWCG, IBHS, FEMA, NIMS, CPUC, OEIS, USFS, and BLM — integrated with firsthand operational knowledge.
We have worked inside the insurance wildfire protection world. Our assessments are designed for underwriters and reinsurers who require clarity.
Evidence-based guidance that stands up to internal review, public oversight, and insurance examinations. Always.
From planning to field verification to documentation and public communication — continuous support across the entire mitigation lifecycle.
From utility compliance to HOA defensible space — our services deliver defensible, evidence-based outcomes across all sectors.
Apex Resilience Group supports utility companies with focused wildfire mitigation services designed to strengthen planning, execution, and defensibility. Our work is built for utilities that need credible third party insight into Wildfire Mitigation Plans, implementation quality, and program level risk reduction.
We help utilities identify gaps, improve clarity, and align written wildfire mitigation commitments with what is happening in the field. Services include independent expert review, development audit, and technical support for core wildfire risk reduction programs such as vegetation management, infrastructure hardening, inspections, asset condition, quality assurance, and implementation documentation.
Apex helps communities understand, document, and reduce wildfire risk through targeted planning and assessment services. Our work supports public entities, HOAs, homeowner groups, and community leaders who need clear wildfire risk insight and practical planning tools to improve resilience before a loss occurs.
We help communities move from broad concern to defined action by identifying risk drivers, documenting conditions, supporting mitigation planning, and giving decision makers a stronger foundation for implementation, funding strategy, and long term wildfire resilience. Services can be adapted to counties, districts, HOAs, neighborhoods, and community scale preparedness efforts.
Apex helps insurance brokers and related stakeholders address wildfire risk before it becomes a larger coverage, underwriting, or loss issue. We develop structured wildfire protection plans that support books of business, homeowners associations, communities, and specific properties exposed to wildfire risk.
Wildfire mitigation is not only about property protection. It is also about preserving insurability, reducing claim severity potential, and helping brokers and property stakeholders demonstrate that proactive risk reduction is being taken seriously. Our work is broker friendly, field informed, and built to support underwriting clarity.
"At Apex Resilience Group, we believe resilience isn't claimed — it's proven. Our work is built on honesty, accountability, and evidence because every decision we make must protect life, property, and truth."

No financial ties to contractors, vendors, or mitigation firms. Our QAQC findings are never influenced by who's doing the work — only by what the evidence shows.
We don't write plans from behind a desk. Our assessments are rooted in direct field experience — suppression, incident command, utility audits, and insurance wildfire protection.
Every deliverable is designed to withstand regulatory scrutiny, board review, and public examination. We write for accountability, not appearances.
From investor-owned utilities to rural HOAs to insurance portfolios — we understand the distinct requirements and standards each sector demands.
No corporate layers, no delays. You work directly with the expert doing the work — faster turnarounds, cleaner communication, better outcomes.
We integrate NFPA, NWCG, IBHS, CPUC, OEIS, FEMA, and NIMS into every recommendation with the operational context to make them actionable.
